Scheduled Collection
We will coordinate with our specialized furniture carriers to schedule a convenient time for the item to be picked up from your home.
Inspection & Refund
Once the item returns to our warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable return shipping fees.
